Built for tough tasks that require a full range of motion through the chest and arms, our Farrier's Shirts are made from sturdy fabric that has the strength and abrasion resistance needed for long days of work while still offering easy-wearing comfort against the skin. The solid colors are 9-oz 55% industrial hemp/45% recycled polyester with a sueded finish, while the striped version is 7.1-oz 88% organic cotton/12% industrial hemp twill. A generous collar can be flipped up for additional protection from sun and wind; the traditional button front features 4-hole metal buttons. Across the upper back, we've built in a box pleat for ease of movement when you're swinging bales into the truckbed; on the forearms, long plackets with button cuffs allow the sleeves to be easily rolled up. Two button-closure chest pockets have pencil sleeves and are pleated for expandable storage. With a mid-length straight hem, the shirt can be worn untucked for extra ventilation or tucked in to keep any extra fabric squared away. Fair Trade Certified™ sewn.
