The Threadfellows Logo Fusion process is lightyears ahead of the old polyester heat transfers of the past.
Our process of providing photo quality reproduction of your logo uses a special transfer process and heat that provides excellent color registration. Decorating with a logo fusion is ideal for complex artwork or photographs. Even the simpler logos are crisp and clear with logo fusion. This single to full color printing technique uses a four-color process (CMYK) to produce colorful and detailed decoration. Logo fusion is available for light and dark colored materials and is well suited for art designs with floating text. The fusion process requires printing of the highest quality inks with top of the line prints onto transfer paper of various properties, and then applying the transfer to the material surface using heat and pressure. Many times this is ideal for matching the way many of your favorite brands logos were placed onto the garment already.
One color fusion is free and included with your garment. Two color performance transfer +$1 per an item, Three color performance transfer +$2 per an item, Four color performance transfer +$3 per an item.
