Ideal for all fabrics, we can add your logo to fleece, hats, bag—you name it, we can stitch it! Our special computerized logo conversion process translates your logo into a top notch stitch file, paired with the best quality thread in over 400 colors to match. The final result is a polished logo stitched directly onto your apparel with a classy, professional look that is highly durable and resistant to damage. Embroidery captures key elements of your logo and text over 1/4" in height. Perfect for more structural fiber fabrics (woven, fleece, etc.). Making your logo look great in thread? We offer embroidery FREE on all fabric items we sell regardless of the number of colors up to 10k stiches. If your logo is highly detailed or on the larger side (seals, elegant emblems, etc.) we may reach out to you to talk about our low Stitch Overage fee or best application!
The Threadfellows Logo Fusion process is lightyears ahead of the old polyester heat transfers of the past.
Our process of providing photo quality reproduction of your logo uses a special transfer process and heat that provides excellent color registration. Decorating with a logo fusion is ideal for complex artwork or photographs. Even the simpler logos are crisp and clear with logo fusion. This single to full color printing technique uses a four-color process (CMYK) to produce colorful and detailed decoration. Logo fusion is available for light and dark colored materials and is well suited for art designs with floating text. The fusion process requires printing of the highest quality inks with top of the line prints onto transfer paper of various properties, and then applying the transfer to the material surface using heat and pressure. Many times this is ideal for matching the way many of your favorite brands logos were placed onto the garment already.
One color fusion is free and included with your garment. Two color performance transfer +$1 per an item, Three color performance transfer +$2 per an item, Four color performance transfer +$3 per an item.

Designed to give the quality finish of direct embroidery without the commitment, Embroidered Patches are created directly from and for your logo. Created with high-quality, colorfast, polyester threads and fabrics, patches allow your logo to withstand everyday wear-and-tear, as well as industrial washes. Each patch can be dye-cut into custom shapes and sizes, or applied to one of several standard sizes. Because of the flexibility of this product, both in its design and production, the possibilities are endless.

A traditional ink application with a Rock n' Roll attitude. Best for higher quantity cotton-blend apparel, this method layers your logo onto fabric using robust inks heat cured for durability, resulting in a soft-touch garment with a striking appearance. Up to five unique colors can be applied, there are fees per color. Need custom tees for a big team outing or day-to-day work shirts for your crew: think Screen Print!

Bold, yet elegant and subtle, deboss is perfect for notebooks and leather accessories and garments. Most popular on leather or simulated leather products, your debossed logo adds a crisp, lasting impression of your logo to everyday items.
Debossing is a method that uses magnesium dye and a press to apply artwork to product surfaces. After being computer enhanced, logo artwork is depressed (debossed) onto the material surface utilizing heat, pressure and/or radio frequency. The final result is a strong, high value application of your logo. Debossing is offered for free on all items eligible for this technique.
