How it works

Ordering branded apparel and accessories can be frustrating. We make it easy to love wearing your logo. 

1. SHOP

Browse from our categories and brands you know (and a few you should). We've curated a collection of remarkable brands to help you showcase yours. 

 

2. Order

Once you've found what you want:

  1. Simply select "Yes - Upload New Logo" from the Add Your Logo drop down menu on the product page, browse to select your file. If you've ordered from us before, simply select “Yes - Logo on File” from the Add Your Logo drop down menu.
  2. Choose the logo location from the Logo Placement drop down menu.
  3. Choose your decoration method from the decoration drop down
  4. Add the items to your cart!
  5. Add comments if necessary in the check out screen 

 

3. Proof Approval

Within 2-3 business days, you receive a proof and we work with you to finalize your logo on all items.  Check your email, and add us to your safe sender or contacts list to be sure it lands in your inbox. The proof will come from customer.care@threadfellows.com.  Once we have your approval, we move forward.  Nothing is ever decorated unless you approve the proof.

 

4. Production

Our production team reserves your spot in our decoration cue, applies decoration and packages your order at our facility.  It all takes 10-15 to ship your order after art approval.  

 

5. Ship

Your order ships via free UPS ground.  Expedited shipping is optional


PAYMENT

  • We accept major credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discovery
  • ACH and wires
  • We also offer payment terms for our best customers that qualify: please fill out our credit application to be set up with terms and receive an invoice
