HOW TO RETURN THREADFELLOWS PRODUCT

Unfortunately, we cannot process a return online at this time. Please call 844-588-6275 or email returns@threadfellows.com. 

2. We want to know what happened 

We'll ask for your order number, a description of what went wrong and maybe some photos.  We will review your case and see what we can do to help make it right.  

All order returns or other issues must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.  Decorated items are only eligible for return in cases of error, defect, miss-ship or other extenuating circumstances    

 

 

WHAT ABOUT CHANGING MY ORDER?

Hey, we're all human, right? Expectations Guaranteed means you can change your mind. We understand that once in a while things change that are beyond your control, and you need to change or cancel an order before it is complete. We can accept changes or cancellations until your artwork is approved.  Simply contact your Threadfellow as soon as possible and they'll be glad to help.
